The food is actually incredibly good. The breakfast we get in the hotel keeps us full until well in the afternoon. Besides the baguette, tamarind jam, eggs however we want them, lattes, or many different teas, we get a large plate of mixed fruits - papayas, mangoes, you name it. Not to forget the fresh squeezed juice of our choice, and a delicious shake made with more fruits and coconut. Yummy. And that's just breakfast.
It is quite warm here, and tomorrow we're flying to Vientiane, where it will probably be warmer - I like the 80s though, with plenty of opportunity for shade and cool breezes. What a life!

Sounds good! You probably like that it's not as spicy as Thai food, right? =)

Yes, Damien, you're right. I have still not risen to your level of spiciness. I am making progress though. I don't cry anymore when I have a slightly spicy Pad Thai.
